We offer two services specially designed to relieve you of much of the work involved in selling a property – Smooth Move and Home Exchange.*
Smooth Move
Smooth Move helps you to sell your current property more quickly, but still at market value. What’s more the service is free – you save on estate agent’s fees and we cover the marketing costs.
Once you’ve chosen your new Beal home we organise a valuation of your current property by a local estate agent at a cost of just £100 to you. The independent agent indicates a realistic price and, once this is agreed with you, we hold the Beal Homes plot you’ve chosen for six weeks whilst we market your property.
A ‘For Sale’ sign goes up, sales particulars are prepared and our experienced sales team actively markets your property via our sales offices, advertising in local papers and our website. We arrange viewings, negotiate with potential purchasers for you and, once an offer is accepted, we keep the sale moving for you.

Home Exchange
Home Exchange couldn’t make moving easier. It is ideal for people moving up the property ladder (your current home should be worth no more than 70% of the price of the new home). This part exchange scheme allows you to move into your new home without the worry of selling your old property.
Once our offer for your property is accepted, your new Beal home is reserved for you and we buy your existing property, but you can carry on living there until your new home is built. Once your Beal home is complete you move in – there’s no need to wait until your old property is sold.
Home Exchange takes the uncertainty out of selling and buying. Beal Homes is a cash buyer so there’s no need to worry about chains collapsing and you save on estate agent’s fees too.
