We want your purchase and move to your new Beal home to be a smooth and happy one. We will do everything we can to help.
Here is our customer charter, our promise to you.
The Beal Promise is displayed in each of our sales and marketing suites, if you would like your own personal copy please request one from our sales adviser. Your own copy will be given to you when you reserve your new home.
We constantly strive to re-assess and improve our procedures, ensuring that we meet the commitments set out in the Beal Promise.
All members of our team are fully trained to understand their responsibilities in our dealings with you and what the Beal Promise means for you.
To help you make an informed decision about purchasing your new home, you will be given detailed information before the exchange of contracts.
We will seek to ensure that you appoint your own professional legal adviser to carry out the legal formalities of buying your new home and represent your best interests.
Any questions that you may have will be dealt with promptly by the appropriate staff member. We will keep you informed at all times of:
- who to contact at every stage of your purchase
- who to contact during the construction of your property
- who to contact after you occupy your new home
Priority is given to ensuring that all customers are kept informed about health and safety precautions, both during visits to the development and, if appropriate, when living in a home where construction work is continuing.
Our marketing and advertising will be clear and truthful.
Our contract-of-sale terms and conditions will be clear and fair.
Your cancellation rights during the sale process will be explained clearly.
We will ensure that you are given reliable information about the NHBC Buildmark cover and all other guarantees and warranties from which you may benefit.
We will explain how we protect your contract deposit and how we deal with any other pre-payments you may make.
You will be given reliable information about the timing of construction, legal completion and handover of the property.
Once your completion date is set we will ensure that:
- the transfer of ownership take place; and
- the functions and facilities of the property are demonstrated to you
We operate an accessible after-sale service and emergency service and full details will be clearly explained to you during the handover of the property.
We will explain how our procedures for dealing with any customer complaints including the availability of warranty resolution services relating to the complaint.
We will co-operate with any appropriately qualified professional advisers you may appoint should a dispute arise.
The commitments we make to you in the Beal Promise do not affect your statutory rights.
