Individual Interiors
Our internal layouts are not set in stone - we are happy to offer our customers the flexibility to make the space in their new home really work for them. Prior to construction stage we are pleased to consider changes to the layout to suit your lifestyle (subject to building regulations).
Our homes are designed to be flexible. In three floor properties, for example, top floor master suites can provide a tranquil haven for parents, privacy for friends or brothers and sisters buying together in order to get their foot on the property ladder or home office space. Often ground floor accommodation can be redrawn to allow elderly parents or older children to live independently within the family home. Most properties offer scope for a home office/study, wet room, laundry room, walk in closet, dressing room or a home gym.

With each of our properties you have a great choice of top quality finishes, fixtures and fittings as standard.
Our sales price includes many features (which are often added to the cost of a new home from other developers), a bespoke ‘designer’ kitchen design service is available to all our purchasers, a choice of designer fires and surrounds, security alarms, external light fittings, and much, much more.
