Before You Move
We aim to handover each property in excellent condition. Each home undergoes a number of stringent inspections by our site manager, plumbing manager and sales adviser to make sure that everything is finished and cleaned to the high standards and everything is fully tested and working.
We then invite you to visit the property to make your own inspection - anything you draw to our attention is noted on our Customer Final Check List and is addressed as a priority – at which time the site manager and sales adviser will perform a full property demonstration for you, explaining how everything works before you use it!
Moving In
When handing the keys for your property over to you, our sales adviser will give you a thorough guided tour of your new home, reminding you again where everything is and how it works. We will also present you with your own personalised Beal Homes Moving In Pack full of useful information, instructions, warranties and details of how to ‘run in’ your new home.
Settling In
Gemma Beal, our Customer Care Manager, and her dedicated team are on hand to help you to settle in. With the support of the skilled team, Gemma will ensure that any concerns you may have following your move are addressed positively and remedied swiftly within agreed timescales.
The sales adviser will make personal contact with you during your first few weeks in your new home.

Comprehensive Warranty
All our homes have the ten year NHBC Structural Warranty. However we go beyond that structural warranty with our own additional, more comprehensive two year warranty and we insist our suppliers match our commitment.
