Our customers appreciate the fact that they have a great choice of high-specification fixtures and fittings, which allows them to stamp their own style and identity on their new Beal home. Furthermore, should they need to alter the internal layout* or change certain items within the property, we will help them wherever possible*.
At Beal Homes we try to keep the house buying process as simple and stress-free as we can for our customers. From the initial visit to the development to the final handover of the property, our experienced and friendly staff are on hand to assist in every possible way.
Once you have made the decision to buy a Beal home, the staff on site will assist you to make the really tough choices - kitchen, tiling, fires and surrounds, sanitary ware., etc! The choices are endless but don't worry our staff are there to help!
You can be assured that from reservation to the actual move in day our team on site will keep you fully informed and updated on the legal and construction stage of your new home.
Once your new property is completed and the NHBC have conducted their final inspection, you will be invited to meet the Site Manager and Sales Adviser for a demonstration of how everything works and an opportunity to complete your own inspection of your new home.
On move-in day both the Sales Adviser and Site Manager will be there to hand over the keys and ensure that the day goes as smoothly as possible. You will be encouraged to complete a final check of the property and the Sales Executive will read all utility meters and explain the contents of the Property Handover Pack.
In the event of any post-completion queries or requests for remedial works, these will be dealt with by our After Sales Team. In the first instance requests should be sent in writing to the Construction Director at the Head Office address.
* Subject to stage of construction at the time of such request.
* May be subject to building and planning regulation approval. Certain changes will result in additional costs, which will be quoted prior to commencement of works. Non-standard works can only commence once an exchange of contracts has taken place.
